If you are interested or you know someone interested in an officer position with in HOA, whether or not the officer position is vacant, please contact one of the HOA Directors.
Annual Meetings
The HOA Annual Meeting of the HOA members will be held on the Second Tuesday of the month of August each year at 7:00 p.m. unless such day shall fall on a national holiday, then the next weekday thereafter. Written notice of such meeting shall be given to all deedholders as per the By-Laws.

Directors:
During the HOA Annual Meeting all HOA Members will vote for new Directors. If you are interested in being a director, you can signup at the HOA Annual Meeting. Officers are appointed by the Board Members at the Board of Directors first meeting following the HOA Annual Meeting as defined in the By-Laws.

Effective 11-29-2021, the Hickory Hills HOA will begin using Meridian to manage Dues Payments, Liens and other documents.
